Sovereign Strategic Deep Dive Session
The 3-Hour Mandate: Assessing the Existential Gaps in Your Non-Financial Architecture
Service Description
This is a mandatory, confidential executive diagnostic designed to transition the Principal from a state of Sovereign Drift to Strategic Alignment. This can only be scheduled following the successful completion of the Framework Audit (Tier 1) What the Session Entails: Over three hours, we conduct a rigorous, bespoke review of the Sovereign Principal Diagnostic findings. The process is not consultative; it is strategic. We connect the high-level structural risks in your legacy (governance failure, family conflict) to their root cause—the internal architecture deficits in Virtue, Self-Respect, and Self-Discipline. We then define the precise, non-financial challenges that must be solved. Expected Outcome: The Principal will leave with a clear Sovereign Blueprint and a quantifiable understanding of the Cost of Inaction. The ultimate outcome is a definitive, strategic path forward, culminating in the authorization of a custom Legacy Investment Mandate (the Retainer Agreement) required to execute the necessary architectural fortification of their purpose and legacy.
Cancellation Policy
Programme Investment & Commitment (Non-Refundable Retainer) Upon purchase, the Programme Template and Commitment Documents are immediately transmitted. The Programme fee secures the Strategist's dedicated capacity and is considered a non-refundable initial investment upon receipt. The Principal must notify the Strategist in writing within seven (7) calendar days of purchase to cease the engagement. All fees are fully non-refundable once the seven-day period has elapsed. A partial refund may be considered during this period, less a fixed administrative fee for capacity reservation and initial strategy development. Strategic Session Rescheduling Protocol Adherence to the reserved schedule is mandatory due to preparation time. To reschedule, the Principal must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice. Forfeiture: Any session missed due to a 'no-show' or cancelled with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice is forfeited, counted as completed, and will not be rescheduled under the Programme. Additional sessions to cover forfeited content will be billed separately at the prevailing hourly strategic rate.
