Cancellation Policy

Upon purchasing this product, you will receive the Programme Template via email. If you choose not to go ahead with the programme after purchasing, the refund policy is as follows:
        -  50% refund if Purchased Programme has not yet been personalised. 
        -  30% refund if only the first consultation has been had but programme has not yet been personalised.
        - 20% refund if Programme has been personalised 
       - No refund if cancellation is requested after Stage 1 of the programme is completed.
 
 
> Coaching Sessions
To cancel a scheduled session, please notify the Coach (via email/text/call) 48hrs prior to your scheduled session. - Any sessions missed as a result of 'no-show' or late cancellation will not be rescheduled. This will need to be booked as an additional session outside the Programme will be charged separately. e.g. If you have a total of 8 sessions provided in your programme, any missed sessions out of the total 8 sessions will not be rescheduled but you are welcome to book separate individual sessions.
